Tim Sullivan

Director of Operations & Chief Operating Officer

Tim Sullivan has been with Chantilly Air since its inception in 1990 and currently serves as COO and Director of Operations where he is responsible for leading the company and overseeing all facets of Chantilly Air. In addition to his leadership experience, Tim has over 25 years of corporate pilot experience and an extensive background in Part 135 charter operations. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) rating and has logged over 9,000 accident/incident free flight hours. Tim has served as Chairman of the NBAA Part 135 Committee, was an active member of the FAA’s Takeoff and landing Distance Rulemaking Committee and the FAA’s Turbine Aircraft Safety Committee. Currently he is an active member of NBAA’s Domestic operations committee, serves on the Air Charter Safety Foundation’s Board of Governors, and is a member of the FAA’s Operation Specifications working group.

Adam Vidoni

Chief Pilot

Adam Vidoni holds an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) rating and has over 7500 hours of accident/incident free flight experience with more than 5500 hours specific to company make and models. Adam attended the University of Maryland where he received a Bachelors of Science in Finance. He has been active in the Aviation Industry for more than 20 years and has Airport Management, Charter/Aircraft Management, and Professional Flight Crew experience. He is also an active member of the FAA's Operations specifications Working Group as well as an FAA Designated Check Airman. As chief pilot his responsibilities include: maintaining aircraft fleet and pilot documentation, training pilots and implementing training programs to ensure that Chantilly Air maintains its outstanding safety and proficiency record among its pilots and aircraft, and finally to create a professional work environment of the highest caliber for Chantilly Air, its customers, and the entire aviation industry.

Terri Farish

Director of Client Services

Terri Farish is the Director of Client Services.  In this position she is responsible for client development and customer satisfaction.  Terri started her aviation career after graduating from Southeastern Academy of Travel and Tourism in Kissimmee, Florida in 1987, with Piedmont Airlines.  Her 20 plus years of experience in the aviation industry have included commercial airline, aircraft charter and management, flight school management, and aviation recruiting and consulting.  She is a Chairman emeritus of the National Air Transportation Association’s Air Charter Committee and is an invited guest speaker at conferences and seminars on business aviation issues.

Caleb Stitely

Marketing & Client Relations Manager

Caleb Stitely has over 13 years of business development and marketing experience in the aviation  industry. His experience includes Federal contract management, media relations and proposal  development. As the marketing and client relations manager, he is responsible for expanding Chantilly Air’s customer base by providing excellent customer relations, operational expertise and dynamic marketing campaigns. Caleb earned a degree in International Business while focusing on Marketing and studying Spanish in Central America. He is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA), including the Central Virginia AMA Chapter.

Jeff Windham

Director of Maintenance & Aircraft Maintenance

Serving as our Director of Maintenance and  Aircraft Maintenance Accountable Manager, Jeff Windham brings extensive experience and knowledge to the Chantilly Air team. Having been with Chantilly Air for over 10 years, Jeff is responsible for the aircraft maintenance for Part 135 Operations and oversight of all aircraft maintenance conducted under Chantilly Air’s FAA Part 145 Repair Station Certificate. Jeff retired from the U.S. Coast Guard after 20 years of service where he served a variety of jobs from Tactical Law Enforcement Officer to Ship Navigator. He is an FAA Certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) aircraft technician and currently holds a FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) Certificate. Jeff is also an FAA certified Private Pilot.

Conor Dancy

Safety and Standards Coordinator, Pilot

Conor Dancy is Chantilly Air’s Safety Coordinator and Standards Coordinator, in addition to his role as a pilot in the Learjet 60. In these roles, Conor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Chantilly Air Safety Management System and for ensuring that all operations are conducted within company policies and procedures. His previous experience includes acting as the Chief Flight Instructor at a nationally-recognized Part 141 flight school. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate and has over 3,000 accident/incident free flight hours
